My husband Brian went back to the office today ...

My husband Brian went back to the office today after 3 years of working remotely (hybrid schedule now). Not going to lie, I loved working from home mostly because he was here too (love you so much honey). But TODAY, I am going to speed up the Luxe Fête office renovation. We started last summer but haven’t had a moment to give it any attention. Ain’t nobody gonna call me to do them a “favor” because I am “home.” Bye.

Here is how the Principal Office is coming along. I will share the Project Manager spaces later and then full reveal in a few. Loved working with my dearest friend and over 15 year collaborator @ze_haus. I know my whole team is excited to get back together too, right? (Ahem… roll call).

GUESTS: 20 of the world’s leading venture capitalists (a few of them on the @Forbes Midas List of the best tech investors in the world) and another 20 of the investors that invest in those funds. This group has close to $100 Billion in capital under management. We were later joined by 200 friends of the Miami Tech Community.

OBJECTIVE: Create an authentic Miami experience where they could connect and share insight over a two-day summit.

RESULTS: “I’ve stayed at the finest hotels in the world for conferences, and this experience surpassed that.” Another: “This is the best 2-day format I have ever attended. I will copy and paste.” Another: “I’m blown away by your attention to detail, this is so elegant and smart. Thank you for this moment.” Another: “Who are YOU?” I am often asked, “How do you create a memorable experience for such high-end clientele?” Here is the secret. Don’t think about that. The art of creating an environment for authentic connection only requires that you think about space for conversation, great food and drinks, human touch, thoughtful experiences, and attention to detail.
